1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing CreatorPilot at creatorpilot.app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
CreatorPilot is a YouTube Creator Operating System that provides AI-powered tools for video creation, including script generation, image creation, voiceover generation, video assembly, SEO optimization, and content publishing assistance.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
CreatorPilot uses artificial intelligence including Anthropic Claude AI for text generation, Google Gemini for image generation, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and Atlas Cloud for video generation.
AI-generated text may contain invisible machine-readable watermarks per EU AI Act Article 50 requirements.
You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms per their respective policies.
4. Subscription and Credits
CreatorPilot offers subscription plans and Studio Credits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Studio Credits purchased as top-ups never expire. Monthly plan credits reset on your renewal date. No refunds on consumed credits or completed generations.
5. Free Plan
Free plan users receive 100 one-time Studio Credits and 1 trial video package. Free exports include a CreatorPilot watermark. An upgrade is required for watermark removal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreatorPilot to create:
- Content that violates YouTube, TikTok or Instagram policies
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Spam or mass-produced low-quality content for manipulation
- Content targeting minors inappropriately
7. Intellectual Property
You own the content you create using CreatorPilot. CreatorPilot retains rights to the platform, tools and underlying AI systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
CreatorPilot is not liable for content performance, YouTube demonetization, platform policy changes, or third-party API failures beyond our control.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused subscription time is non-refundable upon termination for violations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
